Terms and Conditions of the co-operative Travel Voucher prize draw

1. The prize is a £1,000 Co-operative Travel holiday voucher.
2. Closing date for the prize draw 31/07/10.
3. The winner will be picked at random from all entries received.
4. The winners will be notified by 06/08/10 via e-mail, letter or by phone.
5. Only one entry per household will be entered into the prize draw.
6. The Co-operative Travel voucher is redeemable through call centre only, using the telephone number stated on the voucher. Please quote the unique reference number printed on the voucher when purchasing the holiday.
7. Voucher valid for one booking only up to the value of £1,000.
8. Voucher valid until 31/10/11.
9. No purchase necessary. To enter without placing an order please send a postcard with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to Co-operative Travel Holiday Voucher Prize Draw, Cannock Gates, Martindale, Hawks Green, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 7XT.
